The Opinel folding pocket knife is absolute beauty in simplicity. No fancy liner locks or thumb levers. Just a simple twist of the collar at the end of the varnished beechwood handle locks the blade in either the folded or extended position. The Opinel INOX or stainless steel blade is razor sharp and highly corrosion resitant. The carbon steel version will hold an edge better but at the expense of a little more mantenance. The Opinel No.7 Measures 7.0" fully extended and just under 4" closed.
